To advertise on our website, you must pay the Fees shown in the member pages of our website once you have registered as a member and logged into the member's area of our website. As set out from time to time on our website, all Fees are due and payable in accordance with the requirements of the applicable Velosia Pvt Ltd Services. We accept payment via credit card. Please note until payment is made and received, Your Content will not be published on our website. Payments shall not be treated as paid or received until there is confirmation of cleared funds within Velosia Pvt Ltd’s nominated bank account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, no refunds shall be accepted in relation to any website advertising Fees. As covered elsewhere in our Terms, you agree that in our absolute discretion we may cancel your subscription without refund as permitted by law if:
- Your Content constitutes the material of another person;
- You have sent another person in your place;
- You have advertised any other business, directory or dating website; and/or
- You have breached these Terms.
All Fees are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
